Choose the screen around the work

A medical AI workspace should fit more than the moment when your phone is in your hand. A quick reference question and a careful comparison of several answers ask for different amounts of space. MedSafeAI gives you mobile apps and browser access, so you can choose how to approach the task.

On a phone, start with a narrow question you can review in one sitting. On a tablet, give longer explanations and visual material room to breathe. On the web, use a keyboard and a larger screen when you want to compare sources, work through a research question, or build a reusable prompt. These are ways to organize your work, rather than a promise that every screen has an identical feature set.

Open the official app or web workspace

Start from MedSafeAI’s official website. The App Store and Google Play links take you to the mobile listings; the web access button opens the browser workspace. The iOS listing supports iPhone and iPad. For Android, use the Google Play listing linked from this site.

If a particular capability matters to your decision, open the current app or web workspace and check that workflow there. Available versions, account options, and interface details can develop at different speeds. The useful question is whether your chosen device supports the task you need today.

Already a mobile subscriber? Link your membership

You can link an active MedSafeAI mobile subscription to your web account and use that membership on the web at no extra cost. Sign in to the web workspace and follow the membership-linking instructions. If the subscription does not appear, contact support before purchasing another plan.

Keep the store you subscribed through and the account you used in mind when asking for help. Support can help with linking and access; this does not mean that a mobile store subscription is automatically converted into a different billing arrangement.

A useful first session on any device

Use a question from your own learning or research work, with no patient-identifying information. Begin with an output you can judge, rather than asking the assistant to cover an entire specialty.

Try: ‘I’m preparing a short teaching session about [topic] for [audience]. Identify three questions worth investigating. For each, explain what evidence I should look for, what remains uncertain, and which source I should read first.’
