MedSafeAI is a digital subscription service. Access begins immediately after purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Users may cancel anytime from account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
